Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Azimap. Please read them. They apply to the Azimap software application, including any updates or supplements for the application.

If you do not accept these terms, you refuse the right to use Azimap.

If you comply with these licence terms, you have the rights as detailed below.

Internet Based Services
Azimap connects to computer systems over the Internet, which may include via a wireless network, using the application operates as your consent to the transmission of standard device information for Internet-based or wireless services. If other terms are presented in connection with your use of the services accessed using the application, those terms also apply. Hosted Services: Azimap will aim to achieve optimum up-time for users accessing the application via Azimap.com. However, upon accepting the Terms and Conditions, you accept that embedded or sharing of maps will not be covered under up-time targets by Azimap in the event of them no longer be accessible to your audience.

Subscription Terms of Use
Your subscription only gives you some rights to use the Azimap Software as a Service. If Azimap terminates your ability to use the service, any associated licence rights will terminated with immediate effect. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the Azimap software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the application that only allow you to use it in certain ways. You may not: 1. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable copyright law provisions for computer programs. 2. Make more copies of the application than specified in this agreement or allowed by applicable law, despite this limitation. 3. Publish or otherwise make the application available for others to copy. 4. Rent, lease or lend the application. 5. Transfer the application or this agreement to a third party.

Creating an Account
You can create an Azimap account by subscribing to one of the subscription models on azimap.com. On creating your account, you agree not to use any false, inaccurate or misleading information for your personal or business details. You cannot transfer your Azimap account to another user or entity. To protect your account, keep your account details and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Azimap account.

Free Trial of Azimap
Azimap provides a 30-day free trial of the professional account. On signing up for the free trial, you grant Azimap the right to contact you via email to keep you informed of product and feature announcements. To opt-out of this email marketing service by emailing marketing or select unsubscribe in the email. Once your 30-day free trial has ended user account will be automatically downgraded to the basic subscription. However, Azimap will aim to the provide you with notification of this prior to the end of your free trial. Once your free trial is over, users can still sign into Azimap using the existing username and password, however the data allowance and feature options will be downgraded. Account Use
You must verify and activate your Azimap account upon subscribing to the Azimap subscription to start using the Geographic Information (GIS) software. This means you must verify the automated email which is sent to the email address at the point of creating your subscription. If you don’t verify this email you will not be able to sign into the Azimap software. If we suspect that your Azimap account is being used by a third party fraudulently, Azimap may suspend your account until you can reclaim ownership. If you are having trouble accessing your Azimap account, visit the login page and reset your password following the onscreen instructions.

Support services
If support or assistance is required, contact the customer support team via the support desk or by emailing support. Azimap, are not responsible for providing support services for the application unless a suitable service level agreement is in place. However, we will endeavour to respond to all support enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Azimap, do provide an on-boarding remote training service to help educate users on how to use the Azimap software. This is available upon request.

System updates
Azimap will carry our periodic system updates to the Azimap core application, which may include bug fixes, existing feature enhancements and the introduction of new features. We endeavour to the carry out releases to the production at a time of day where minimum disruption to services is evident. Accepting these Terms and Conditions you accept that downtime might be incurred during the release of any releases to the production environment.

Your data / content
A key feature of the Azimap is that users can create public maps which can be shared or embedded into third party websites/ applications. It’s important to note that we do not take ownership of your data or content. Your data / content will remain yours and therefore you are responsible for it. If you share data with third parties, you explicating agree that anyone you’ve shared your content with may communicate and share your content with their connections. If you do not want others to have that ability, do not publicly share your data/content and use the private function when creating your maps. If your content is published / embedded onto third party websites, we cannot provide any assurance or guarantees that this content will accessible at all times. Once you content has been shared with third parties you accept responsibility that it will be accessible at all times for your end user.

Sharing of data/content
Users of the Azimap software can create and share their content which may include specific information on geo-locations with the support of supplementary content in the form of imagery. If you decide to share your data / content with third parties, Azimap has no visibility of where your data / content is being promoted or shared by third parties, for e.g. in the event of a promotional map going viral. Upon sharing your data / content you take responsibility for this and Azimap has no obligation to monitor, review or record where you content is being promoted or shared. The onus is on the account holder to monitor and manage Azimap accept no responsibility for this.

Rights you give us
As a Software as a Service, Azimap offers users to sign-up for a 30-day free trial of the professional account. On signing up for the free trial, you grant Azimap the right to contact you via email to keep you informed of product and feature announcements. To opt-out of this email marketing service, email marketing or select unsubscribe in the email. This will automatically remove you from future email marketing communications. On subscribing to any of our pay monthly or annual plans, you grant Azimap the right to contact you via email to keep you informed of product and feature announcements. Customers can opt-out of this email marketing service by emailing marketing or by selecting unsubscribe in the email.

Update to the service or software and changes to the terms
We'll inform you if we intend to change these Terms via email. We may change these Terms if it is necessary due to • applicable law, including, but not limited to, a change of such law; • on advice and/or order based on applicable law; • the evolution of the Services; • technical reasons; • operational requirements or • an advantageous change of terms for the user. We will inform you of the intended change before it takes effect, either via www.azimap.com, in an email or through other reasonable means such as social media. Using the Services after the changes become effective means you agree to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the services and terminate your Azimap account as stipulated in the service agreement. We'll also explicitly point to this fact when informing you about the intended change of these Terms. You may be required to update your internal infrastructure, network or browser settings to ensure full use of Azimap features. Azimap is not obligated to make any updates available and doesn't guarantee that we will support the version of the system for which you licensed the software. If support is required, we please make reference to the support service terms. We are continuously working to improve the Azimap Software and may change the Services or delete features at any time, without prior notification. However, we will aim to inform you prior to any intent to change the system via email or via an alternative suitable method. For customers who have opted to a paid subscription, we'll notify you in advance of material changes to the Services. We will also notify you in advance if a change to the Services will cause you to lose access to Your Content.

Terminating your account
In addition to any right to cancel your account, specified in the ‘Service Agreement. To permanently close your account please contact support and we will talk you through the process for planning and our customer support team will assist you in this process. If your account is cancelled or permanently closed voluntarily or by Azimap we’ll delete Data or Your Content associated with your Azimap account after 60 days. During this 60 day prior to the pertinent deletion of data you can export your data.
